Tag Rugby is held weekly in the Autumn term for children in years 5 and 6 – it is led by Mr Chalkley and Mr Steel.
Tag Rugby is a junior version of one of our nation’s most popular sports. It involves snatching tags worn by the players in order to tackle – teaching the skills needed without the contact that the adult game includes.
The idea of this club is to run, score tries and have fun!
As a school, we take part in an annual Tag rugby competition within the cluster so come and join the club to be eligible to play! This year we entered two teams; winning both the gold and silver medals!
