We place great importance on pupil attendance here at Hillcrest.  Missing days at school means missing vital learning opportunities.  If your child is unable to attend school please ensure that you telephone the School Office, before 10am, to inform us of the reason for absence.

As with all schools in the Downham Market Cluster, we operate within the Cluster’s agreed Absence Policy.  Visit the Downham Market Cluster's website and scroll to the bottom of the page to view the Absence Policy.  If you would like to apply for an Authorised Absence from school, please collect complete a request form from the Office, and hand it in to the School Office once completed. The Headteacher will then consider applications within the structure of the Cluster’s agreed Attendance Policy.
