Welcome to Comets Class! In Comets Class, we aspire to create a positive and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued – both as an individual and as part of our team. You’ll find that our classroom is filled with enthusiastic, hardworking, resilient and independent learners who are always ready to take on new challenges.

Our learning journey pivots around our core TLC books, which provide a rich foundation for our curriculum. These carefully chosen texts allow us to dive deep into key learning objectives from the National Curriculum, while also sparking imagination, discussion, and creativity across all subjects.

Physical Education plays an important role in our week. PE takes place twice a week, and whenever possible, we bring physical activity into other areas of learning. I strongly believe that the benefits of exercise go far beyond the playground – supporting children's focus, independence and overall well-being.

When I’m not teaching in Comets Class, I enjoy playing cricket and refereeing. Both sports have helped me develop a wide range of skills – from teamwork and leadership to quick decision-making – which I bring into the classroom every day.

Our wonderful teaching assistant Miss Nicholson, who enjoys swimming in her spare time, brings great energy and dedication to supporting all children in reaching their full potential.
