Hillcrest hosted a teacher training session for school across the region, where over 60 professionals listened to a thrilling lecture by Professor Ruth Merttens of St Mark's & St Paul's University in Plymouth.

Ruth gave in inspiring talk on Maths Mastery and how teachers can maximise learning opportunities in maths!

The evening ended with a room full of refreshed and energise teachers, ready to employ the strategies, shared by Ruth, to improve maths teaching across the county!
